Two out of the three times Ive tried to use APFS the drive became unbootable for some unknown reason, therefore I recommend people use HFS if they want a more reliable hackintosh, however you can still use APFS if you want to play around with it.

If you do make sure you have apfs.efi in your EFI and skip the APFS conversion step when you get to it.

When the temporary selection screen appears Select UEFI: (USB Device Name).

Use the arrow keys to verify Boot OS X Install from Install macOS High Sierra is selected.

If you plan to use APFS and have the necessary apfs.efi in your EFI folder you can skip this step.

We want the name of the drive set in step 4.2 for the line below.

To be able to boot macOS from the drive its installed on the folder in the EFI partition of the flash drive needs to be copied over to the EFI partition of the boot drive.

This folder is created automacially on EFI partition of the flash drive during the install and may cause issues for the hackintosh.

The folder will eventually be recreated, however you only need to delete it once after installing macOS.

After installing High Sierra on MSI B250I with Intel Pentium G4600.

Im not a programmer but Im almost 100 sure because I installed it twice successfully, once on regular hard drive and once on SSD.

I followed your instructions and everything worked smoothly Now I have to figure out how to also make it work with windows.

I sm guessing that a regular bootcamp install method will not work.

After selecting internalhfs from clover boot menu it just restarts.

Im using Alienware r6, with formatted 960 evo SSD.

Im not sure why but only when I use 850 evo I could see boot and installed.

However, only one problem I have is cant install Nvidia web driver.

After install web driver w SIP enabled(0x00), doesnt boot, stuck after Apple logo.

Did all the steps successfully but I cant ever see the boot macOS drive.

Its either the EFI, the install, the USB port or a bad flash drive or the way the motherboard is configured.
